Today we will be honoring a local fallen veteran, Sgt. Michael C. Roy, who was born in Manchester, NH. Some of Michael’s family will join us at the gym for the Noon class to share his story with us. We realize this workout is similar to the HERO WOD on Friday, do not let that discourage you from participating. We will have modifications available if necessary, please discuss them with your coach.
We will also be accepting donations throughout the day, in which the proceeds will be going to Michael’s family.
