On-Ramp Course Description

Next Available On-Ramp Start Date: Tuesday July 11th at 6:00pm 
Cost: *First Month (Including On-Ramp Course) – $155

This program is a requirement for new athletes looking to join CrossFit New Hampshire.

The On-Ramp course runs two days a week (Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00pm) for three weeks and involves intensive instruction on foundational movements and principals integral to CrossFit.

This introductory program is designed to familiarize you with the CrossFit exercises/movements with an additional emphasis on establishing a strong base for general physical preparedness. On-Ramp classes are capped at 14 students, which provides a comfortable, safe, and supportive learning environment.

Training sessions involve short lecture, movement instruction, practice, and practical application emphasized in a WOD (workout of the day).

All of CrossFit New Hampshire’s classes are conducted in a group setting, which promotes the camaraderie and community aspects of CrossFit training that we love to share.

Those with significant scheduling constraints are welcome to inquire as to potential one on one availability.
