Impact/Focus: Hang Power Snatch + Power Snatch
10 Rounds x :75 seconds
Warm-up with sets of 2 reps (Hang Power Snatch + Power Snatch) climbing in weight across sets on the clock.
Every :75 complete the following, maintain working weight or climb as able every round or two; emphasis on technique and barbell cycling.
