Impact/Focus: Front Squat
Warm-up Sets/Reps x 8:00 building to a starting weight for the first 3 rep set. Aim for 3 reps at 50-60% range of a 1RM Front Squat as a starting weight. Climb weight across sets with a goal of hitting a heavy 1 rep final set without technique breakdown.

Gas Lightin: 28:18ish? I forget what I wrote on the whiteboard. I did abmat sit-ups and my handstand pushups were with a 10# plate under my abmat.
