Impact/Focus: Handstand Skills & Movement Primer
Every minute on the minute athletes will alternate between the two tasks shown below.

5-6 Rounds of the following
1:00 x 3-5 x HSPU reps, Kick-up Skills & Drills, Holds/Walks
1:00 x Rest

Notes:

Priorities on learning and confidence in skill basics. Newer athletes will practice foundations of getting into an inverted hold, kick-ups against wall, and Handstand Holds against the wall. More experienced athletes may select a workload of HSPU’s, Freestanding Holds, and HS Walking Skills.

“Ballin”
With a partner work through 3 Rounds the following for max reps/poits. Athletes switch off as needed during each stations 1:30 time trial.

1:30 x Handstand Walks, Wallwalks, Inchworms
1:30 x Partner Medicine Ball Abmat Sit-ups
1:30 x Sandball Over Shoulder
1:30 x Sandball Squats
1:30 x Slamball (30/20lbs)

Notes:

Scores today are total reps. Scaling, additional points of performance and training intentions will be covered during the whiteboard brief.
