Impact/Focus: Turkish Get-up Time Trial
Warm-up sets/reps and remedial mobility drills to prepare for the following:

Versus a 10:00 time cap
20 x Turkish Get-ups (Alternate L+R per rep)

Notes: Weight guidance would be 24/16kg for Rx, 32/24kg for Rx+. Athletes may also scale up to an attempt at 30 reps within the time allotted. Additional scaling and Points of Performance will be covered during the whiteboard brief.
