Warm up as needed before completing the following workload
7 Rounds vs. a 12:00 Running Clock
Power Clean x 7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps
NOTES: Our first order of training intentions would be reinforcing and building virtuosity through consistently sound mechanics of movement. Once athletes have established solid form with the Power Clean additional training objectives include striving to maintain touch and go sets across the rounds; athletes may also climb across to the best single rep on the day. Every 3:00 for 6 Rounds complete the following:
100ft x Bear Crawl
12 x Knees-to-Elbows
100ft x Farmer’s Carry or Sandbag Bearhug Carry
NOTES: Each round is for time, rest the remaining time left over from each 3:00 interval as applicable. Scaling and additional points of performance will be covered during the whiteboard brief.
