Our Offerings

One-Time Nutrition Strategy Session $75 or $60 w/On-Ramp Package

If you know the basics of nutrition but would like one-time advice from a coach and a strategy to get you on a path to improving your health and performance, without ongoing check-ins, this is the plan for you.

  • After completing a questionnaire and meeting with your coach, you will receive a customized plan with habits and nutrition recommendations

Monthly Nutrition Coaching (Only available with $250/membership option)

If you have a solid foundation of good nutrition habits but still need occasional accountability, this plan includes:

  • A customized nutrition plan based on your lifestyle and goals
  • Adjustments made as necessary
  • A detailed, monthly check-in session with your coach in-person or via Zoom

Full Service Nutrition Coaching $135/mo or $375/3 months

If you need or want complete guidance on a weekly basis, or you have no background in macro tracking and food logging, then this is the plan to start with.

  • A customized nutrition plan based on your lifestyle and goals
  • Weekly food log review and check-in with in-depth feedback (via email or app)
  • Option to meet monthly in person or via Zoom
  • Ongoing communication with coach between check-ins as needed

About Our Nutrition Coach

Coach Kerri is a PN L1 certified nutrition coach and uses evidence-based nutrition strategies in her coaching. She is a believer in sustainable habits that last a lifetime versus crash diets and unrealistic results that don’t stand the test of time. She also believes that the number on the scale is just a number – one data point among many that pertain to health.
