Another great Saturday session with the men from New England Recovery & Wellness. We’re so glad that we’re able to be a part of helping them achieve a healthier lifestyle. Awesome job gents!

III. Mobility

Impact/Focus: Back Squat
Warm up as needed (3 sets x 5 reps) before completing the following workload for Back Squat.
