Notes: Today athletes will complete all 3 reps on one arm without putting the kettlebell to the ground between reps. Then switch arms and repeat.

“Turkish Get-Ups”: 30# KB —- my problem to-date was trying these with Dumb-bells, due to light weights, particularly my bad arm. MUCH easier with KB from a balance perspective.
