5 Rounds for time, 18:00 time cap
10 x Bumper Plate Burpees (35/25lbs)
15 x Russian KB Swings (24/16kg)
20 x Overhead Walking Lunges (alt.L/R)
40 x Double-unders
Rest :30 Between Rounds

Notes:

  • Scale weight as needed.
  • Adjust reps for single-unders to 80.
  • Lunges may be reverse stepped in place.
  • Rest :30 Between Rounds. Hard time cap at 18:00.
