Impact/Focus: Back Squat
Warm-up Sets/Reps x 5:00 building to a starting weight for the first 5 rep set. Aim for 5 reps at 50-60% range of a 1RM Back Squat as a starting weight. Climb weight across sets or repeat each second set at the same reps with better technique before climbing weight.
