Warm-up Sets/Reps x 5 Minutes (building to working weight)
Every 2:00 x 7 Rounds complete the following
3 x Snatch
Notes:
- Select a working weight for today between 60 to 70% of a 1RM.
- All sets and reps are intended to be performed at this load.
- Power or Full Snatch are both options for today’s training; choose wisely…

Notes:
- Each Round concludes with;
2 Laps x 50ft Bear Crawl + 50ft Reverse Bear Crawl (ie.100ft total Bear Crawl + 100ft total Reverse Bear Crawl) - Those Opting to Push/Pull Portage their Slamball for the trip only need perform 1 Lap per round.
