Select from the following two paths for Deadlift today and complete on the clock respectively following warm-up sets & movement review.

I. 5 sets of 5 reps @65-75% 1RM
II. 7 sets of 2 reps @85-95% 1RM

Notes: Pace working sets as needed to ensure sustainment of form and technique throughout.

    Deadlift: 7 sets of 265×2
    Elokin: 5 full rounds + 4 hspus, 32 hspus total with an abmat and plate.
