    45 lbs / high knees for DBU (jump rope not available)
    Feeling weak sauce after the field not gunna lie ????‍???? need a stupid amount of carbs to get my energy/strength back. Going to the field again next Monday. Platoon eval determines if I go to Finland with my doods ???? we shall see ????????
