Warm-up with 10 x Air Squats building to faster hips back and down before climbing to a working weight to begin the following intervals.

10 Rounds, on the :90 of
Full Clean (ie. ‘Squat’) x 2-2-2-2-1-1-1-1-1-1

*Climb weight as able

    95lbs (ish?.. hit it twice and then couldn’t do it again)
